About Us
IPS-Israel Polymers Services LTD (“IPS”) is a private owned company, established in 1994 by partners with polymers trading experience since 1985. IPS is trading, marketing and distributing plastic raw materials worldwide. IPS is an Israeli based company, active in sale and distribution in Israel and in the international plastic trading arena.
IPS has two affiliated companies, APS American Polymers Services Inc., based in NYC, USA, and operates in the American market on both, procurement and sales, and ZAF Polymers Trade and Services BV, which is incorporated in and operates from The Netherlands, active mainly in the European arena.
IPS headquarters located at Petach Tikva, Israel. Its affiliated companies are located at Rotterdam, The Netherlands, at NYC, USA, and additionally has local representatives at Seoul, South Korea, Johannesburg, South Africa, and Istanbul, Turkey. Furthermore, IPS has exclusive business cooperation with local major companies in the USA (mainly sourcing and procurement), South Africa (both, Sales and sourcing), Turkey (both, sales and sourcing), S. Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Germany, and Brazil.

Mr. Yair Dar
Chairman & Cofounder
For the last 40 years, Mr. Yair Dar has gained an extended experience in a wide range of leading management positions in the international petrochemicals trade, logistics and distribution.
In addition to his role as an active Chairman of IPS/ZAF since its inceptions, Mr. Dar is a private entrepreneur who has also served as Director on the Board of Directors of various public companies, traded both at the TASE and at the NASDAQ.

Mr. Igal (Gali) Zafrir
CEO & Cofounder
Mr. Igal Zafrir, has a vast and extensive experience in the global Plastics Industry, based on over 35 years of serving in various international trading and management positions in leading International trade and distribution companies, both in Israel and in Europe.
As from its inceptions in 1992 and 1994 respectively, Mr. Zafrir is serving as ZAF’s and IPS‘s Managing Director and CEO.

IPS dedicated in house team, and their solution base expertise enable IPS to serve its customers at highest level, from technical consultant on the raw materials, recommended or tailor made cost-effective production compositions, to logistics, repacking facilities, door to door delivery and finance solutions.
IPS has a joint venture with a recycling company, producing special tailor made compounds, formulated by IPS, based on the customer technical requirements. Additionally, IPS runs a tailor made project, upgrading materials by Homogenization.
IPS represents and supported by major reliable Petrochemical suppliers, locally and globally, for the last 25 years, and servings as procurement agent for several global groups, among the largest in the world.
